FAQs

  • Can I watch you before we book?

You can catch me at local public gigs which I often perform at in and around South Wales. I will post my public gigs on my social media pages - mostly Instagram so be sure to follow me on there!

My promotional videos, sample tracks and photos do accurately reflect my live performances so these should give you an idea of what to expect when booking me to perform at your wedding/event in terms of sound, performance and even attire as well!

  • What happens if you’re unwell on the day?

This is incredibly rare and I do pride myself on being available to perform come rain or shine.

However, emergencies do happen and if I am ever too unwell to perform, I will always supply you with an alternative I am certain will provide you with a service to the high professional standards I set myself.

I work regularly with a huge network of professional musicians and performers who are not just colleagues but peers and close friends in the industry.

You are always covered by my terms in the contract, and if I am made aware of any emergency prior to the big day - I will always contact you to provide you with some alternative solutions and options to ensure you’re happy.

  • How do I book you!?

If you are happy to go ahead and book me for your special day, click on the ‘Contact’ button at the top of this page, complete all of the information on the form and submit. I will get back to you with a Ts&Cs for you to familiarise yourself with and make sure you are happy to proceed. I will also attach an agreement and will ask for a small deposit to secure my services for the day!

  • What equipment do you bring, and how long does it take to set up?

My set up is very minimal. I have a PA/speaker set up that is perfect for small to medium sized rooms, and outdoor spaces too. All I ask is for power points provided at your venue.

My set up will take roughly 30 minutes to complete.

  • Can I choose you the songs you perform?

If you have booked me for your ceremony, you absolutely can request songs for your ceremony itself - including your Aisle Walks, Signing of the Register and your Exit Song as well. I always encourage my couples to choose songs special to them so if you have something you really would like sung live, and it isn’t on my repertoire list - please ask me. I love learning new pieces to play and add to my repertoire so please don’t hesitate to ask!

For your Drinks Reception/Wedding Breakfast or Cocktail Hour, please check out my song list so you can get an idea of the type of songs you’re likely to expect on the day. I will use my vast experience and artistic licence on the day to play a set that will have everyone enjoying every note! If you have favourites you can certainly let me know and I will accommodate for you!

  • My venue has sound restrictions. Will this impact your performance?

Before booking any live entertainment it is SO important to check whether your venue has any sound restrictions.

A lot of my performances happen to take place outside, especially in summer months so it’s incredibly important you check with your venue whether they are licensed for live amplified music outside, and if so, until what time.

My performances are far from loud, and I will always perform at a respectable level so I can absolutely accommodate performing in most scenarios and venues, but you must let me know to set my expectations as this can impact the equipment I bring on the day.

  • My venue requests PAT certificates and PLI documentation. Are you covered?

Yes absolutely! My equipment is PAT tested annually and I will provide you and your venue with the correct documentation in the build-up to the event/wedding.

This includes insurance and PLI documentation as well.

  • Do your prices include travel?

    They do indeed!

When I send you a quote, all pricing sent to you is inclusive of all travel and accommodation costs if they are required by myself. I am based in South Wales, but I do travel all over the UK!

  • Do you perform outside of the UK?

    Yes please!!!

I welcome destination weddings and overseas celebrations - so if you are interested in booking me for your special day outside of the UK, please do get in touch.

There are a few additional costs to consider when booking live entertainment for outside the UK. Additional costs such as flights, transfers, accommodation and equipment do need to be provided. Get in touch and I can run through exactly what that looks like for you!
